For added safety & security of your transactions, you will now have to enter the new 4 digit PIN number, every time you transact using your American Express Card at all merchant outlets having Chip enabled point of sale (POS) terminals.
If you are eligible for cash advances, the same PIN will now be valid for all ATM cash withdrawals as well.
In case you forget your PIN, you can view it anytime, by logging on to your online Card account at www.americanexpress.com.
If you need any further assistance, please contact us at the helpline numbers mentioned on the back of your Card.
